Ryan Scoggins announced last week during the monthly Millington Area Chamber of Commerce Luncheon that Scooter’s is projected to open on Highway 51 next door to Domino’s on Aug. 23. A resolution was approved that North Mississippi Land Services LLC owns a .714-acre tract zoned B-2, General Commercial, at the intersection of Highway 51 and Talley Road and desires to develop the site into a restaurant to be known as Scooter’s Coffee.
