The Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels got back on track Friday night dominating Macon Road Baptist 34-0 for Homecoming. The Rebels jumped out 14-0 in the first quarter behind an AJ Hightower (pictured) 22-yard TD run and Hightower to Logan Stewart 25-yard touchdown pass. The Rebels (4-1) seized control of the game in the third quarter with 20 points. Hightower ran in another score from 19-yards out to make the score 20-0. Stewart got back into the scoring act with a 7-yard run to make the tally 27-0. The final score of the game came courtesy of Stewart picking off a pass and returning it to the end zone. Stewart finished the night with 3 touchdowns. His teammate Ethan Kaiser paced the Rebels with 73 yards on the ground in the victory. The Rebels return to action this week against Lausanne.

In other action, the Munford Cougars bounced back from an M&M Bowl defeat by beating league rival Dyer County 24-7. Also in District 13-3A action, the Brighton Cardinals suffered a 21-7 defeat to Hardin County. The Cardinals will take on Colombia this Friday at 7 p.m. And the Munford Cougars travel to Ripley this Friday.
