Last week, the newest gas station in Millington opened to motorists on Navy Road. The new Shell gas station welcomed customers and drivers seeking a fill up. For two years, the corner near the railroad tracks at Navy and Leroy Boatwright was adorned with steel beams and construction work. The location was previously the home of 5077 Navy Road’s Millington Liquor Store owned by Bharatbi Patel. The Patel family had visions of a combined gas station and liquor store.
