Millington Municipal Schools’ grounds keeper Tommy Clifton Sr. whips around the MMS information sign on the grounds of Millington Middle School Friday morning cutting the grass. Clifton can be seen on his trademark mower at various Millington Municipal School locations including the football field. In addition to caring for the gridiron at Mooney Bosewell Field, Clifton is an assistant coach for the varsity program and is known as one of the best players to ever suit up in the Black and Gold.
