Motorists heading down Raleigh-Millington these days will see an apartment-like structure coming together across from the Millington Church of Christ. The Mixed-Use Planned Development was approved for about 75 acres on Raleigh-Millington Road. Up the road, the former Grand Buffet building is no longer visible.
Back in October crews demolished the old restaurant located at 7954 Highway 51 North. Prior to the demolition, the Grand Buffet was transformed into a seafood-theme eatery.
