When is a good time to sell?

Greetings from the World of Real Estate with Julè. Tax refunds and springtime coming soon!! What a great combination for buyers and sellers.
Buyers, this is a great time to BUY your future home. Get those W-2’s and other necessary documents together. Make an appointment to file your tax return as soon as possible. It’s time for those income tax refunds (for those blessed to get them) to come in and apply them to your home purchase. Start making a list of your “Needs” and “Wants”. Be realistic about the budget for your home. If you are not, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. This is very helpful for your realtor to help you locate the home best suited for you and your family.
Sellers, this is a great time to SELL your home!! Hopefully, you have seen the articles on how to prepare for the sale of your home. Declutter, donate, clean, no odors, fresh paint, light bulbs (make sure they are all working), landscaping, repairs, clean outdoor trash cans and more. Remember, if you are downsizing, this is the time you will want to reduce the amount of items what will be moved to the new location. This will make the move easier without those unnecessary boxes, treadmills, etc.
